REAL BETA POKEMON

Some of you may not have heard but recently someone got their hands on Gen 2 (Gold/Silver) Demo that was made way before GS came out, in said demo, it was pretty much a completely different game with HEAPS of new, unreleased Pokemon and beta designs of Gen 2 Pokemon, we've found out a lot, like there were suppose to be Pre-evolutions of Vulpix, Ponyta, Growlithe, Doduo, Grimer and Mr. Mime (Before Mime Jr.)

New Evos of Farfetch'd, Pinsir, Tangela (before Tangrowth) and even a Ditto evo and some others that never made the cut.

Leafeon was created in Gen 2 as well!

Anyway here's some sprites I made of some of the beta/Unreleased Pokemon.

(Left to right) What Chikorita was meant to evolve into, The fire starter bear Pokemon, the Water starter based on the loch ness, the Vulpix pre-evo, the Tangela pre-evo, Ditto evo and Grimer pre-evo.
